Adoption or Childbirth First

 I'm wondering what you prefer. I'm glad I had my own child first because I learned a lot along the way. The teenager I decided to adopt later on really needed me to be stable and consistent and I don't think I could have offered all of that if I hadn't had the previous experience.

 I chose adoption first because I felt that there were so many children in the world who needed a good home so I wanted to save at least one of them. I saved an amazing little girl, which I spoke about previously on here. She was being abused and it was just a terrible situation. I see what you mean about being a biological parent first, but my heart knew I just had to save her. I'm so glad I did :)

 I would love to have my own child first but I'm unable to have children so I'm going to go the adoption route. Of course, I'm upset about not being able to have my own child but I'm going to treat my adopted child the same I would my own child. I think no matter how you do it first, it's for a good cause because we want to give these children good lives.

 My wife and I both are scared of carrying a child. This is one of the main reasons we have chosen adoption. We love kids :)
