Adoption over Abortion

If you are thinking of getting an abortion; please think about the child. Even though they may not technically be 'alive' in some peoples' eyes, they have a future and a place on earth. When getting an abortion you are probably going to feel guilt at some point in your life and the child will never get to accomplish their goals, dreams and experience the life they deserve.
Please consider giving birth and adopting your child out to a loving family so they have a shot at life.

 I think that's a very good way to look at it. As someone who loves kids, it's hard to imagine doing such a thing. I believe it's a woman's choice but not sure if I would be okay with the woman I'm with doing it. I'm sure you're right, it probably really messes with your emotions for the rest of your life.. all the wondering..

 I'm 100% pro choice but it does break my heart to see people  doing that. If I were female, I don't think i could get an abortion. I bet the guilt is intense.

 I agree with you there. I'm not sure I could do that... it would break my heart because I'd never know what the child would have turned out like and I'd always feel as if I was missing out on something.

I can see both sides of the issue. I am pro abortion but can't imagine getting one myself. It would break my heart and would probably haunt me the rest of my life. Maybe the fact that I'm not religious has a lot to do with my feelings. I'm a very open minded person.
