Dealing with discrimination

 I'm having one of those days where I feel like giving up. I'm tired of being treated differently and told I shouldn't have the right to adopt. It's sickening to me that people can be so closed minded.

 I feel your pain. Well, not exactly but I can relate. Fitting in can be tough and it's really unfair of people to treat you differently. I don't think I'll ever understand what's going through peoples' minds when they look down on others for such trivial things.

 Don't give up! Times are going to change. Stand your ground because you are who you are for a reason. Maybe you're one of the people who are going to push this change. I think every little bit counts and even if you only change one persons' mind, that's helping the process. I believe in you and I know this will get better for you. I know it seems 'easy for me to say' because I dont' go through it but I dealt with a lot of bullying in school so I can relate on that level. I wanted to die a lot of the time but I got through it. You can too! :):)

 Thanks for the wonderful comments! They mean a lot to me! It's always nice  to know there are people out there, even if they don't know me, that can relate even if in the slightest way. I know I'll get through this and times will change. I'm just taking one day at a time.

 I'm a little slow to respond but I'm really glad to hear things are going better for you. I think you have the right idea and are the type of person that can get through just about anything :)
