For me, I always knew. Once I knew about babies and that when I got older I could have one, I always thought adoption was a great idea. I had a friend who had been adopted and I think that changed me quite a bit. I saw how amazing his family was and felt so bad for all the kids without homes. That's one of the best lessons I've ever learned.

I've known for quite some
Beth Posted at 18:02 on Sun, 07/10/2011I've known for quite some time. Pregnancy has always been a fear of mine; and my wife happens to feel the same way. It took some convincing, but it seems that adopting is the best way to go for us.
For me, adoption wasn't
Johnathen Posted at 05:46 on Mon, 07/11/2011For me, adoption wasn't something I always knew I would do. My wife not being able to have children has altered our plans a bit along the way.
It's so interesting how all
Bubblez Posted at 00:09 on Tue, 07/12/2011It's so interesting how all of us are so different. This site is bringing all kinds of people together.
I didn't always know I
SimplyMe Posted at 20:07 on Fri, 08/05/2011I didn't always know I wanted to adopt but I always knew I wanted a child. There's nothing in this world like being a mother :)
I still am unsure whether
Melanie Posted at 01:02 on Sun, 08/07/2011I still am unsure whether I want to adopt or not. That's why I'm here :) I'm hoping to learn more and see how adoption is working for others.
It just kinda hit me one
Lovely Posted at 21:52 on Thu, 08/25/2011It just kinda hit me one day. I knew I wasn't ready for another child (pregnancy), but I knew I wanted that same joy again. Helping give a child a great home and getting to experience the whole thing over again was amazing.
